Lagree is such a great workout and all of the instructors at Evolve are great! Challenging yet energetic and fun -- they're great at ensuring your form is correct in order to prevent injury and target the right muscles.
Such an intense low impact workout. I immediately felt muscles I never knew I had working. Went to my first class with no idea what I was getting into and I’ve kept going back. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance their workouts and activate a different level of muscles.
I just love Evolve Lagree! I started coming to tone my body and I feel stronger with every class. The instructors are extremely attentive, making sure my form is always correct and that I’m getting the most out of the work out and that’s most important to me.
Absolutely love going to Lagree! Although I have been active in various ways most of my life- lagree has really pushed in so many new ways. I have had the pleasure of taking class from different instructors and they have all been incredibly knowledgeable, well paced and encouraging. The atmosphere is fantastic and the vibe in each class is amazing!
I have been loving my experience with Evolve! It is so challenging but the instructors are incredible. They are patient and encouraging, while still pushing you to dig deeper. I think I’ve finally found a studio class I truly enjoy and look forward to!
I’ve been doing reformer pilates for a while and decided to switch to lagree to see how it goes. I’ve been addicted ever since! Although it is low impact & high intensity, the class never gets easier. I have only done 20 classes and already seen a big difference in my body. The instructors are super sweet who motivates & push you until the end!
